1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a session, or purchasing a product from SHYAMERGY Healing Studio ("Studio", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services Description

SHYAMERGY Healing Studio offers online energy healing sessions, spiritual consultations, and physical healing products. Services include:

• Reiki Energy Healing (60 min)
• Aura Purification (45 min)
• Chakra Balancing (60 min)
• Intuitive Tarot Reading (30 min)
• Crystal Therapy (45 min)
• Past Life Regression (PLR) Therapy (90 min)
• Financial Growth Guidance (75 min)

Sessions are conducted online via video or audio call. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. All services are complementary in nature.

3. Bookings & Sessions

All bookings are subject to availability and practitioner confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation (via WhatsApp or email) from our studio.

• Sessions begin on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• You are responsible for ensuring a quiet, private environment for your session.
• Sessions may be recorded only with explicit mutual written consent.
• The Studio reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if the client is disrespectful, intoxicated, or presents a safety concern.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full before or at the time of the session, unless otherwise agreed. We accept:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) via our UPI ID
• Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — details shared on request
• WhatsApp-coordinated payment for product orders

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund or one free reschedule
• Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund
• The Studio may cancel sessions due to practitioner illness; a full refund or priority reschedule will be offered.

6. Client Conduct

Clients agree to:

• Treat practitioners with respect and dignity at all times
• Not record sessions without explicit written consent
• Not share session content or practitioner's personal information with third parties
• Understand that healing is a personal process and results may vary

The Studio reserves the right to end a session and refuse future bookings from clients who violate these conduct standards, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, healing guides, blog posts, and session materials — is the intellectual property of SHYAMERGY Healing Studio unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHYAMERGY Healing Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Medical & Health Disclaimer

By booking a session, you acknowledge that energy healing is a complementary practice and accept full responsibility for your own health decisions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. We encourage clients to first attempt resolution through direct communication with our studio.
