Shyamergy offers complementary energy healing and intuitive guidance services. These are spiritual and wellness offerings, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet.
Sessions must be booked in advance via WhatsApp confirmation. Payment is accepted via UPI transfer prior to the session. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Pricing is as displayed on the website and subject to change.
48+ hours notice: Full refund. 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund or credit. Less than 24 hours: No refund. Rescheduling is permitted once with 24+ hours notice. No-shows are non-refundable.
Clients must be in a quiet, private space during sessions. Recording sessions without consent is prohibited. Disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Shyamergy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant session.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
