One free reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. Subsequent reschedules may be subject to a ₹200 administrative fee. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 30 days of the original date.
Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt of the returned item. Custom or personalised products are non-returnable.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI). Processing time is 3–5 business days. To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
